Hydransafe HFC-E 46 is a biodegradable fire-resistant hydraulic fluid based on water (HFC-E type). It was designed to replace mineral oil-based hydraulic fluids without compromising performance. With advanced anti-wear additives, it meets strict pump test requirements and is suitable for use in both mobile and stationary equipment.

Product Advantages
• Excellent flame resistance due to high water content
• Superior wear and corrosion protection
• Biodegradable (>90% according to OECD 301 C)
• Extended service life (up to 50%) and reduced maintenance costs (up to 40%)
• Lower disposal costs
• Water hazard class (WGK) 1
• Reliable operation in underground and tunnel construction, even in humid environments
• Vickers pump test: combined wear only 17 mg (limits: ring 150 mg / valve 50 mg)

Typical Applications
• All types of hydraulic pumps
• Mobile and stationary hydraulic systems
• Underground and tunnel construction
• Construction and agricultural machinery
