Description

TotalEnergies Hydransafe FR EHC – Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Fluid

Hydransafe FR EHC is a high-performance hydraulic fluid based on selected phosphate esters. It has been specially developed for applications where fire-resistant hydraulic fluids are required, particularly in electro-hydraulic governors of steam turbines or in precisely toleranced regulators.

Product Advantages
• Water-free formulation
• Excellent oxidation stability
• Low volatility
• Very good air release properties
• Prevents foam formation
• Resistant to hydrolysis
• Excellent shear stability
• Good filterability
• Non-carcinogenic and non-reprotoxic
• Operating temperature range: –10 °C to +120 °C

Typical Applications
• Electro-hydraulic governors in steam turbines
• Precisely toleranced hydraulic regulator systems
• Applications requiring fire-resistant hydraulic fluids
