VALONA MS 7046 HC is a chlorine-free, non-water-miscible metalworking fluid based on hydrocracked synthetic base oils.
It is specifically formulated for machining hard and extra-hard steels, such as rolled, special, stainless, and refractory steels, as well as nickel-chromium, nickel-based, and titanium alloys (e.g. NIMONIC®, VASPALLOY®).
With excellent EP (Extreme Pressure) and AW (Antiwear) properties, the product ensures maximum tool life, superior surface finish, and high process reliability even under extreme conditions.
It has proven highly effective in aerospace and medical machining for demanding materials and applications.
