VALONA MS 5032 HC is a chlorine-free, non-water-miscible cutting oil based on hydrocracked synthetic base oils.
It is specially formulated for thread cutting of screws made from aluminum, non-ferrous, and low- or high-alloy steels.
The product provides excellent EP (Extreme Pressure) and AW (Antiwear) performance, ensuring superior surface finish, long tool life, and outstanding wear protection.
Thanks to its detergent and dispersant additives, VALONA MS 5032 HC can also be used as a hydraulic oil HLPD ISO VG 32, making it an ideal multifunctional fluid for industrial machining systems.
