VALONA GR 7012 HC is a chlorine-free, non-water-miscible honing and grinding oil based on hydrocracked synthetic base oils.
It is designed for honing (stone and diamond tools) and grinding of aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and low- to high-alloy steels.
The product offers excellent lubrication and cooling performance, outstanding EP and anti-wear properties, and high skin compatibility.
Successfully tested according to EN ISO 10993, it is suitable for machining medical components.
