TotalEnergies VALONA MS 7009 HC is a low-viscosity, non-water-miscible, chlorine-free cutting oil formulated with hydrocrack synthetic base oils.
It is engineered for machining hard, high-strength and high-temperature alloys, including nickel-chromium alloys, nickel-based alloys such as NIMONIC® and VASPALLOY®, and titanium alloys.
The product delivers excellent wear protection through robust EP and AW additives, strong high-pressure performance and outstanding oxidation resistance—extending equipment and oil life while reducing operating costs.
Its reduced PAH content ensures improved skin compatibility and low emission formation, making it well-suited for aerospace, medical and high-precision machining environments.
