TotalEnergies SPIRIT D 9000 AIR is a water‑miscible, mineral‑oil‑free and boron‑free EP metalworking fluid based on synthetic esters and amines. It was specifically developed for the demanding requirements of the aerospace industry and contains no chlorine, nitrite or formaldehyde releasers.
It is suitable for machining aluminium, steel, high‑alloy steels, titanium alloys, chrome‑cobalt alloys, non‑ferrous metals and cast iron. SPIRIT D 9000 AIR is not suitable for honing or grinding.
