TotalEnergies SPIRIT D 6000 – boron‑free EP micro‑emulsion coolant

TotalEnergies SPIRIT D 6000 is a boron‑free, water‑miscible EP metalworking fluid based on mineral oil. It forms a stable micro‑emulsion and is suitable for grinding and general machining of steel, cast iron, aluminium and non‑ferrous metals.

The product offers very good lubrication and cooling performance, low foam, strong contamination resistance and a long emulsion life. It is biocide‑free and classified as water hazard class 1.
