TotalEnergies XPD M24015 – water‑miscible coolant for aluminium, non‑ferrous metals, steel & cast iron
TotalEnergies XPD M24015 is a mineral‑oil‑based, water‑emulsifiable metalworking fluid specifically developed for aluminium machining. Unlike XPD M24013 and XPD M24014, this product is fully suitable for aluminium alloys and can also be used for steel, non‑ferrous metals and cast iron.
The formulation produces low‑foam, highly stable emulsions, ideal for high‑pressure and high‑speed machining. Its hard‑water stability up to approx. 60 °dH ensures high process reliability and excellent corrosion protection.
