VALONA MS 7016 BIO is a non-water-miscible, non-mineral, copper-inhibited cutting fluid based on biodegradable synthetic vegetable oils.
It is specially designed for light (grinding) and medium machining (turning, milling, drilling, threading) of aluminum, non-ferrous metals, low- and high-alloy steels, and titanium alloys.
Thanks to its excellent lubricating properties, high fire safety, and biocompatibility, it is ideally suited for medical component machining.
Successfully tested according to EN ISO 10993-1, -5, -12, VALONA MS 7016 BIO is certified as non-cytotoxic and optimized for medical and precision machining.
