VALONA MQL 3036 BIO is a chlorine-free, non-water-miscible cutting oil based on biodegradable esters.
It is specially developed for minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) in the machining of steels, non-ferrous metals and aluminum alloys.
Thanks to its high lubricity, ash-free formulation, and excellent cleaning properties, it is ideal for milling, drilling, reaming, tapping, and sawing operations.
Due to its biodegradability, it is also highly suitable for band saw cutting of wood.
