TotalEnergies SPIRIT ASIF 7000 – FAD-Free Coolant for Ferrous, Non-Ferrous Metals and Aluminum
SPIRIT ASIF 7000 is a high-quality, formaldehyde- and formaldehyde-releaser-free (FAD-free) water-miscible coolant designed for the machining of ferrous, non-ferrous metals, and aluminum. The formulation is free from diethanolamine, PCB, PCT, PTBB, MBT, phosphorus, and phenols, complying with TRGS 611 standards.
Its fine and stable emulsion, combined with ester and mineral oil components, ensures excellent lubrication, skin compatibility, and corrosion protection – especially suitable for aluminum machining.
