TotalEnergies MARTOL AL 20 HC – high-performance forming oil for aluminum < 1 mm
MARTOL AL 20 HC is a high-performance forming oil designed for forming and stamping aluminum sheets with thickness below 1 mm. It is also suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The formulation uses hydrocracked base oils with very low PAH content, combined with fatty esters and polar agents to enhance forming capacity, improve tool lifetime and ensure high-quality finished parts. Special molecules accelerate degreasing and reduce consumption thanks to low volatility.
