LISOL® A‑COOLANT VSF 5500 is a fully synthetic, non‑ferrous metal‑inhibited, water‑soluble grinding fluid designed for machining steel, steel alloys, cast materials and various non‑ferrous metals. It is bor‑free, formaldehyde‑free and produces clear, transparent solutions.
The product is extremely low‑foam, offers excellent cooling performance and outstanding corrosion protection. Its excellent swarf settling behaviour and superior tramp oil separation make it ideal for demanding grinding operations. Due to its inhibition, exceeding the nitrite limit according to TRGS 611 does not require partial or full replacement of the emulsion.
