LISOL® A‑COOLANT BAF 7200 – low‑foam, water‑miscible high‑performance coolant
LISOL® A‑COOLANT BAF 7200 is a water‑miscible coolant designed for light to heavy machining of ferrous metals, aluminium, cast materials and non‑ferrous metals. Its extremely low foam tendency makes it particularly suitable for very soft make‑up water (<5°dH). It can be used in both central systems and single‑machine applications.
The coolant provides excellent stability against bacterial growth, resulting in significantly extended service life. It offers strong cooling and lubrication performance, very good wetting and flushing behaviour, and a stable emulsion. Due to its special inhibition, exceeding the nitrite limit according to TRGS 611 does not require partial or full replacement of the emulsion.
