LISOL PRIMAFORM 200 SPB – Release Agent for Prestressed Concrete and Slip-Form Systems
LISOL PRIMAFORM 200 SPB is a ready-to-use release agent based on highly refined mineral oils and fatty acids, formulated with aromatic-free solvents.
It has been specifically developed for the production of prestressed concrete elements and is ideally suited for slip-form systems.
PRIMAFORM 200 SPB is designed for dry concrete applications on tracks and can be successfully used on non-absorbent materials such as steel, plastic and concrete plywood.
It is not intended for wet concrete in conventional formwork.
Applied as a thin microfilm, the product ensures easy demolding, prevents concrete slipping under extruder influence, and supports a uniform concrete surface finish.
Surfactants contained in the formulation contribute to a smooth concrete appearance.
