VALONA MS 7016 BIO is a water-immiscible, non-ferrous metal-inhibited cooling lubricant based on biodegradable synthetic and mineral oil-free vegetable oils and additives. It was specially developed for light machining (grinding) and medium machining (turning, milling, drilling, thread cutting) of aluminium, non-ferrous metals, low and high-alloy steels and titanium alloys.
VALONA MS 7016 BIO is characterised by special properties in the areas of health, safety and environmental protection. VALONA MS 7016 BIO has successfully passed the cytotoxicity test in accordance with EN ISO 10993 and has been specially developed for cutting workpieces for medical applications.
