VALONA MS 7010 BIO is a water-immiscible, non-ferrous metal-inhibited cooling lubricant based on biodegradable synthetic and mineral oil-free vegetable oils and additives. It was specially developed for light machining (grinding) and medium machining (turning, drilling, thread cutting) of aluminium, non-ferrous metals, low and high-alloy steels.
VALONA MS 7010 BIO is characterised by special properties in the areas of health, safety and environmental protection. The high health compatibility is achieved by the absence of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and benzoapyrene molecules (BaP). The particularly high flash and smoke point compared to equivalent cutting oils containing mineral oil reduces the risk of fire with the same performance.
