VALONA MS 5032 HC is a chlorine-free, non-water-miscible cooling lubricant based on hydrocracked synthetic oil. It was specially developed for tapping screws for aluminium alloys, non-ferrous metal alloys, low-alloy and high-alloy steels.
VALONA MS 5032 HC is characterised by excellent wear protection and high-pressure properties, enabling a high surface quality of the workpieces. VALONA MS 5032 HC is particularly suitable for heavy-duty machining processes. VALONA MS 5032 HC can also be used as a detergent/dispersant hydraulic oil (HLPD) of viscosity class ISO VG 32.
