VALONA MS 7009 HC is a low-viscosity, chlorine-free, non-water-miscible cooling lubricant based on hydrocracked synthetic oil. VALONA MS 7009 HC has been specially developed for the machining of hard and extra hard steels such as rolled steels, special steels, stainless steels, refractory steels and non-ferrous alloys such as nickel-chromium alloys (NIMONIC®), nickel-based alloys (VASPALLOY®) and titanium alloys.
VALONA MS 7009 HC has successfully established itself in aerospace and medical applications thanks to its excellent results in heavy machining processes of hardenable, high-strength steels and high-temperature steels (titanium-, aluminium-, carbon-reinforced).
