VALONA GR 7007 BIO is a water-immiscible, non-ferrous metal-inhibited cooling lubricant based on biodegradable synthetic and mineral oil-free vegetable oils and additives. It has been specially developed for light machining with undefined cutting edges (honing, grinding) and light machining with defined cutting edges of non-ferrous metals, low and high-alloy steels.
VALONA GR 7007 BIO is characterised by special properties in terms of health, safety and environmental protection. The high health compatibility is achieved by the absence of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and benzoapyrene molecules (BaP). The particularly high flash and smoke point compared to equivalent cutting oils containing mineral oil reduces the risk of fire with the same performance.
