TotalEnergies Rubia Works 4000 10W-40 is a high-performance engine oil with low-friction properties for low-emission engines that require an engine oil of the API CK-4 or CJ-4 specification. It is particularly suitable for tractors, machinery and equipment in civil engineering, mining and quarrying, industrial engines and railways. Thanks to numerous OEM approvals (including designation) from commercial vehicle manufacturers, it can also be used in on-road diesel engines with the EURO 6 emissions standard as well as in diesel engines with the European Stage IV or US EP Tier 4 final emissions standard. Its special ‘Low SAPS’ technology is designed for the latest diesel engines with diesel particulate filters (DPF) or DeNOx catalytic converters. The product can also be used in engines without DPF that fulfil older emission standards, whereby the manufacturer's instructions must be observed.
TotalEnergies Rubia Works 4000 10W-40 is made from synthetic base oils with high VI and the latest generation of highly developed additives, which ensure optimum dispersant and detergent properties of the oil as well as its oxidation stability and thus provide the engine with excellent protection against wear and corrosion.
