Nevastane SDO can be used in two ways, firstly to prevent sugar deposits on various equipment parts in the confectionery industry and secondly to remove deposits from all surfaces in the production line and from the floor of the production area. It is particularly recommended for the confectionery industry (sugar, chocolate, biscuit and soft drink manufacturers) and is applied by brushing, dripping or spraying. The product is FDA approved for accidental, incidental food contact.
