LISOL® WOOD-MASTER BIO HARVESTER 200 is a saw chain adhesive oil based on vegetable oils, free from synthetic and mineral oils for harvester chains. Special shear-stable additives protect the product from premature ageing or resinification, optimise the viscosity and improve the adhesive and sliding properties. Friction on the chain and rail is significantly reduced, especially at high chain circumferential speeds. This results in less wear on the chain and sprocket. The additive also ensures use under extreme winter conditions (passed cold test at 72 h/-18°C).
The KWF (Kuratorium für Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik e.V.) has confirmed that *Wood-Master Bio OIL (Harvester) has very good lubricating properties and ageing stability. Due to its properties, the bio-oil can be used all year round for high and very high loads, e.g. on fast-running harvester chains.
Wood-Master Bio OIL (Harvester) is not water-soluble, so that in normal use or, for example, leaks, the product largely remains in the upper layers of the soil and is therefore not carried into the groundwater. In addition, *Wood-Master OIL (Harvester) fulfils the criteria for the Blue Angel eco-label.
Wood-Master Bio OIL (Harvester) is produced on the basis of the renewable raw material rapeseed oil. This conserves limited raw material resources (e.g. mineral oil). The rapeseed product is environmentally friendly, as harmful carbon dioxide is removed from the air during plant growth and vital oxygen is produced.
Wood-Master Bio OIL (Harvester) must not be mixed with synthetic or mineral oil. Mixing may result in technical faults or may make processing considerably more difficult.
