LISOL® Wood-Master BIO 100 is a rapidly biodegradable saw chain adhesive oil based on vegetable oils (free from synthetic and mineral oils) with a particularly high level of performance and a wide range of applications. Special additives protect the product from premature ageing or resinification, optimise the viscosity-temperature behaviour and improve the adhesive and sliding properties. This minimises wear on the chain and sprocket. The additive also guarantees use in extreme winter conditions (passed cold test at -18°C for 72 hours). The KWF (Kuratorium Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik e.V.) has confirmed that Wood-Master BIO causes ‘very low chain elongation’ when testing the lubrication properties in accordance with ISO/TS 19858:2014 and also has ‘good performance properties’ in practical testing. Wood-Master BIO also fulfils the criteria for the ‘Blue Angel’ eco-label in accordance with RAL-ZU 178).
