Areas of application
Secutherm 32/28 is recommended for unpressurised closed heat transfer systems with a liquid phase and an average liquid temperature of up to 315 °C. Secutherm 32/28 offers a long service life with an excellent price/performance ratio in a wide range of industrial systems, for example in the fields of asphalting, shipbuilding, wood processing, industrial cleaning and heating as well as for kilns. Service life
Secutherm 32/28 is designed for a long service life under normal operating conditions up to the maximum recommended temperature. However, the actual service life of the fluid also depends on the system and maintenance. The condition of the oil should be checked at regular intervals, as the extent of changes in physical properties is more important than the actual values.
Disposal
- Used Secutherm 32/28 can be disposed of responsibly in the following ways**:
- Disposal via LISol used oil recycling system
- In some areas combined with an energy recovery system.
- Used containers are accepted by regeneration companies.
* Non-toxic means not controlled by WHMIS, non-hazardous by OSHA and non-hazardous by DPD. ** All transport and disposal activities must comply with federal and state laws and all other applicable local regulations.
